Users can publish content via zplCloud, for example public print views or shared templates. If you believe that such content is illegal or infringes your rights (for example copyright, trademark or personality rights), you can report it to us under Art. 16 of the Digital Services Act (DSA). Reporting is free of charge and possible by electronic means.

To do so, send an email with the subject "DSA notice" to support@zplcloud.com. So that we can process your notice, please include:

• the exact address (URL) of the content or other information enabling us to identify it clearly,
• a sufficiently substantiated explanation of why you consider the content to be illegal,
• your name and email address, except for content involving offences referred to in Articles 3 to 7 of Directive 2011/93/EU,
• a statement confirming your bona fide belief that the information provided is accurate and complete.

We will confirm receipt of your notice without undue delay, examine it diligently, impartially and in a timely manner, and inform you of our decision together with the reasons. The user whose content is affected will be informed of any measure taken and may contest it. Details of our single point of contact can be found in the Imprint.
